Question 1

What is Konnect?

Accepted Answer

Konnect is software for field service businesses. You can create quotations, run jobs, track your team and attendance, manage stock and purchases, collect proof of work, and record payments — on the office web app and the field phone app.

Question 2

Is Konnect only for GPS tracking?

Accepted Answer

No. Tracking your team is an important part, but Konnect also handles quotations, jobs, stock, purchase, and payments — so location is never stuck in a separate app.

Question 3

Can I manage quotations and jobs together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Save leads and site visits, send quotations, then create jobs with crew, schedule, materials, and billing — all tied to the same customer and site.

Question 4

Does Konnect handle stock and purchase orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Keep your items, reserve or issue stock to jobs, and manage vendors, purchase orders, bills, and payments when you need to buy materials.

Question 5

How do attendance and the mobile app work?

Accepted Answer

Your field team uses the phone app for jobs, check-in, presence, and proof photos. The office sees attendance and location next to the open job.

Question 6

How do payments work after a job?

Accepted Answer

After proof is checked, raise the bill from that job and record payments as they come in — so collecting money follows the same record as the work.

Everything your field business needs — in one place.
